4. AI processing

When you use AI assistance, the market-study or document content needed for that feature is sent to the language-model or research provider selected or configured for your workspace. The provider’s use, retention, and training practices depend on the provider terms and workspace configuration. Review those terms before enabling a provider.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Market Dog . AI uses strictly necessary cookies and comparable storage for authentication, session security, the active workspace, invitation handoff, locale routing, and abuse prevention. Public pages do not load advertising trackers. When you select the Support button, the Intercom Messenger loads and uses cookies to keep the support conversation available. If optional analytics are introduced, this policy and the applicable consent controls must be updated before they are enabled.

6. Service providers

Market Dog . AI relies on service providers for infrastructure and storage, authentication, payment processing, transactional email, customer support, security controls, and optional AI or web-research features. These currently include Cloudflare, Supabase, Stripe, Resend, Intercom, and the AI provider selected for the workspace. Each provider processes only the information needed for its role under its own terms and applicable data-processing arrangements.

8. Data retention

We retain workspace content while the workspace is active or as needed to provide the service. Raw web-research records are subject to an automated 365-day retention limit. Account export and deletion requests use a durable, auditable workflow, subject to legal, fraud-prevention, billing, and operational requirements.
