Terms of Service

1. Agreement

This working draft describes the terms intended to govern access to and use of Market Dog . AI. It does not become binding until a reviewed version is published and the applicable acceptance process is in place.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not use Market Dog . AI for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
  • Do not attempt to access another tenant's data or to circumvent access controls.
  • Do not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
  • Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the market studies, requirements, candidate records, evidence, decisions, documents, and other content you create in Market Dog . AI. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content so we can provide the service to you and your team.

5. AI features

AI assistance is provided to help discover candidates, structure research, draft content, and explain scores. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or based on sources that require verification. You are responsible for checking evidence and making the final decision. AI features depend on third-party providers configured for your workspace.

6. Service availability

We work to keep Market Dog . AI available and reliable, but the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time.

7. Fees

Paid plans are billed per accepted seat according to the price, interval, taxes, and terms displayed in Stripe Checkout. Platform AI usage is billed as a separate metered line at the underlying provider cost with no markup. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

8. Termination

You may stop using Market Dog . AI at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached. On termination, your right to use the service ends, and we will handle your data in line with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Market Dog . AI is provided without warranties of any kind, and our liability is limited as set out in the final agreed contract.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
