  • Do not attempt to access another tenant's data or to circumvent access controls.
  • Do not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
  • Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the documents and content you create in Market Dog . AI. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display your content so that we can provide the service to you and your team.

5. AI features

AI assistance is provided to help you draft and review content. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete, and you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it. AI features depend on third-party providers configured for your workspace.

6. Service availability

We work to keep Market Dog . AI available and reliable, but the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time.

7. Fees

Paid plans are billed according to the terms presented at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

8. Termination

You may stop using Market Dog . AI at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached. On termination, your right to use the service ends, and we will handle your data in line with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Market Dog . AI is provided without warranties of any kind, and our liability is limited as set out in the final agreed contract.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
